Returns

RETURNS

For all returns and exchanges please email hello@birdsofthreads.com.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return of any full priced or sale item subject to the following conditions:

  • Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund (This includes sale items)
  • Items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with no stains (eg. fake tan, make up) and with all tags still attached.
  • We process all returns within 2 business days of receiving your items. We will send you an email with the details of your processed return as soon as it has been completed.
  • If you have paid for your item to be sent to you and now want to return it back to us the original postage costs are non-refundable.

For Australian returns, you will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return to us.

For International returns, you will be responsible for shipping and handling charges and any additional duties & taxes costs to return any unwanted items. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund, we recommend sending via trackable shipping and to hold onto your proof of purchase until we have confirmed we have received your item.

REFUNDS

  • Refunds are offered on all orders. 
  • Your funds may take 2-3 business days to clear in your account depending on your payment method used upon purchase. If it has been past this timeframe and you still haven't received your funds please reach out to us on hello@birdsofthreads.com.
  • All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used upon purchase.

EXCHANGES

  • We offer free exchanges or store credit on your order.
  • Any exchanges requested that we do not have in stock will automatically be issued as a store credit or refund as we can not hold the items for you.
  • We are happy to exchange your item for a different size or for an item at the same value. Unfortunately we can not exchange for a different item that is at a different value. If you wish to do this we recommend returning the product back to us and then replacing another order with the correct item you wish to purchase.

For Australian exchanges, you will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return to us but we will cover the shipping costs for the change of item to be sent to you.

For International exchanges, you will be responsible for shipping and handling charges and any additional duties & taxes costs to exchange your items.
